Jim Sulecki, a fourth-generation Greater Clevelander, is award-winning author of The Cleveland Rams: The NFL Champs Who Left Too Soon (McFarland, 2016) – bestowed the Professional Football Researchers Association’s 2016 Nelson Ross Award for “outstanding achievement in pro football research and histiography.” Jim enjoyed a 40-year career in business media and sports journalism, culminating in his recent retirement as chief content officer of a Cleveland-area media company and establishment of 40 Seasons Media LLC, an advisory in communications management and content development. Jim and his wife Louise have two grown children, Erika and Nathan, and reside in Mentor, Ohio. Jim is currently at work on his second book, a novel about a rock-and-roll band attempting a comeback in 1970s Southern California.
